Course Overview
What this course is designed to develop
Most men in recovery think discipline is a bigger hammer: a 4:30 alarm, forty rules, a punishing routine meant to whip a broken man into shape. It works for about four days, then one miss becomes proof of failure and the whole thing collapses, feeding the exact self-contempt the old pattern runs on. Built by Discipline throws that model out. Over four weeks you build a day small enough to hold on your worst day, then stack real structure on top of it, one piece at a time.
This is coaching and lived-experience education, not clinical care. It will not detox, diagnose, or treat you, and it is not a replacement for treatment. What it will do is help you build a Minimum Viable Day and morning and evening anchors, choose three non-negotiables you will actually keep, run a weekly planning rhythm so your week stops ambushing you, engineer your environment so the right choice gets easier, build an accountability structure so going quiet becomes impossible, and install a missed-day reset routine so one bad day stops recruiting the next. The whole thing is built on one non-negotiable idea: structure is self-respect, not self-punishment. In the Guided Cohort you get weekly live group coaching, accountability check-ins, community access, and structured implementation, so you build it alongside other men and a coach who has walked it.
