What this course is designed to develop

Most men who get clean expect the hard part to be over. Then they wake up to the wreckage - the wrecked trust, the empty routine, the version of themselves they do not recognize - and realize sobriety was the entry fee, not the finish line. Rebuild the Man is the eight-week core program that walks you through rebuilding the actual life: your days, your discipline, your relationships, your identity, and your direction.

This is not a lecture series and it is not therapy. It is structured coaching from a man who has done it. Each week you get one theme, one principle, one honest audit, one tool you build, one commitment you keep, and a check-in before the next week. You show up, you do the work in your real life, and the group and Beau hold you to it.

You finish with a written 90-Day Rebuild Plan you can run on your own - covering how you protect your sobriety, how you structure your days, the environment you live in, the relationships you are repairing, the responsibilities you are carrying again, and the direction you are moving. This is the primary route through the Payne Coaching system, and everything else builds on it.
