What this course is designed to develop
Most men in early recovery try to overhaul their whole life in a weekend and crash by Wednesday. The 7-Day Stabilization Reset does the opposite. It is a short, focused, guided week that puts a floor under you before you attempt any big rebuild. You do one lesson a day, take one honest action a day, and check in with a real group of men doing the same work.
This is coaching and lived-experience education, not clinical care. It will not detox you, diagnose you, or treat you, and it is not a replacement for treatment. What it will do is help you tell the truth about where you are, set commitments small enough to keep on your worst day, start seeing your own patterns, connect back to your own signals, build a day with shape, name the people who can steady you, and choose an honest next step. In the Guided Cohort you get a kickoff call, seven days of structured check-ins, community access, and a closing group call, so the hardest week is one you do alongside other men and a coach who has walked it.
