Course Overview

What this course is designed to develop

Most men leave treatment or get some sober time under them and run straight into the same wall: the practical life they neglected while they were using is still sitting there, waiting. The spotty job history. The reputation for not showing up. The pile of unopened mail. The debts they are afraid to add up. The money that never seems to be there. And here is the part nobody warns them about, that pressure and shame do not just make life hard, they threaten the sobriety itself, because a man who feels like a financial and occupational failure is a man under exactly the kind of load that used to send him back to the substance. Work, Money and Responsibility exists for that wall. Over six weeks you stop avoiding the practical reality and start rebuilding it, piece by piece.

This is coaching and lived-experience education, not clinical care and not financial advice. It will not detox, diagnose, or treat you, and it is not a replacement for treatment. It is also not investment advice, debt-settlement, or professional credit counselling, Beau is a coach who has rebuilt his own work and money life, not a licensed advisor, and the program will consistently point you toward licensed professionals for the actual advice on debt, credit, taxes, and legal matters. What it does is behavioral and it is yours to control: you take an honest audit of where your work and money life actually stands, you rebuild reliability as a daily practice instead of a feeling, you inventory the skills and experience you genuinely bring and choose an employment direction you can start from, you map your spending and face your debts and obligations without flinching, you stand up a simple money system you will actually run, and you assemble all of it into a written 90-day responsibility plan. In the Guided Cohort you do every bit of it alongside other men and a coach who has walked the same road, with weekly live group coaching, accountability check-ins, community access, and structured implementation.
